This quick to prepare dish is perfect for busy evenings!

Instructions

  1. Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl, set aside.
  2. Place a wok or wide frying pan over HIGH heat until hot.
    Add oil, swirling to coat sides.
  3. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add sauce and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to MEDIUM-HIGH; cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Each serving provides: An excellent source of vitamins A and C.
