Prep: Separately whisk together broth, sour cream and garlic. Cut beef across grain into bite-sized pieces (approx. 2” x 1” inch slices, ¼” thick).
Fill: Place noodles in a Glad® SimplyCookingTM Microwave Steaming Bag. Layer ⅓ of meat on top of noodles. Add layer of mushrooms, layer of ⅓ of the meat and layer of onions. Top with remaining meat and pour on broth mixture. Seal bag.
Cook: Microwave on Med-High power (70%) for 5 to 5-½ minutes*. Let stand 2 minutes before opening.
Serve: Season with salt & pepper.
Mix well. Enjoy immediately.
