  1. Pepperoni Pizza Salad
    Combine a bag of lettuce, sliced ripe olives, turkey pepperoni slices, and halved cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with light Italian dressing.

    Combine a bag of lettuce, thawed frozen peas, one bag of tuna, and chopped cucumber. Drizzle with light ranch dressing.
  3. Apple Walnut Salad
    Combine a bag of lettuce, bite-size apple chunks, walnut pieces, and cubed cheddar cheese. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
  4. Asian Chicken Salad
    Combine a bag of lettuce, one can of drained chicken breast, fresh pea pods, and shredded carrots. Drizzle with light Asian sesame dressing and top with chow mein noodles.
  5. Chicken Stuffing Salad

    All you need …

     

    • 1 (12 oz) bag Dole salad lettuce blend
    • 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
    • 2 tbsp slivered almonds
    • 1 cup seasoned croutons
    • ½ cup dried cranberries
    • ½ cup light raspberry vinaigrette

     

    All you do …

     

    1. Combine lettuce, chicken, almonds, croutons, and cranberries.
    2. Drizzle with vinaigrette before serving and toss gently to coat.
