Top 10 Ways to Enjoy Tomatillos

  1. Vitamin A-Rich Breakfast. Toast a whole wheat English muffin and top with slices of tomatillos, apricots, and low-fat Swiss cheese. It’s a simple but filling breakfast that gives your body a jolt of vitamin A!
