Preparation Time: 10 minutes
  • 1 can (15 ½ oz) garbanzo beans
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup plain yogurt, fat-free
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
Drain and mash garbanzo beans in blender, food processor, or with fork. Add remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Serve.
