Preparation Time: 25 minutes
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp non-caloric sweetener
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground cloves
  • ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1 medium apple, peeled and chopped
Simmer all ingredients except apple in a saucepan for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add chopped apple and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes. Cool. Serve.
