Spinach & Orange Salad

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
  • 4 cups spinach, washed and torn into bite-size pieces
  • 1 medium orange, peeled and sectioned
  • ½ cup almonds
  • ½ cup croutons
  • 1 Tbsp honey-lime vinaigrette, fat-free
Toss together spinach, oranges, almonds, and croutons. Serve with dressing on the side or drizzled on top.
