Spicy Collard Greens

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
  • 4 lbs collard greens
  • 3 cups chicken broth, low-sodium
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
Wash and cut collard greens. Add all ingredients to large skillet with just enough water to cover. Simmer over medium heat for 25 minutes. Serve.
