Preparation Time: 5 minutes
  • 2 cups (16 oz) milk, low-fat
  • 2 cups peaches, sliced
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
Put all ingredients in blender. Blend well. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve cold.
