Lite Fried Okra
Try a healthier spin on this traditional southern dish! |

In a bowl, combine sliced okra, salt, and pepper. Coat a large frying pan with cooking spray. Heat pan over medium heat. Add okra mixture, turning often with a wooden spoon or spatula. Cook until okra is browned, about 10 minutes. Serve with a hot sauce or your favorite relish. | ||
