Cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces (approx. 1″ X 1″).
In small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, garlic, olive oil and sesame oil.
Place vegetables, onion and the lemon juice mixture in a Glad® SimplyCookingTM Microwave Steaming Bag.
Seal the bag and shake gently.
Microwave on High Power (100%) for 3 ½ minutes*.
Let stand 1 minute before opening.
Season with salt & pepper, stir well, and top with parsley.
