Creamy Grapefruit Slaw

Sides bring the whole meal (and the whole family) together. Break out a creamy grapefruit slaw and take all the compliments.


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine minced shallot and grapefruit juice. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Whisk in olive oil, Greek yogurt, mustard and sugar.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add shredded cabbage, supremed grapefruit, avocado and dressing. Toss gently to combine.
  5. Serve as a side dish with salmon, shrimp or grilled chicken.
