Preparation Time: 10 minutes
  • 2 Tbsp chutney
  • ½ tsp orange peel, grated
  • 2 Tbsp 100% orange juice
  • 2 ½ cups cabbage, shredded
  • ½ cup carrot, shredded
  • 1 cup pineapple, fresh or canned
  • ¼ cup raisins
Chop fresh pineapple if needed. In a large bowl combine chutney, orange peel and orange juice. Mix well. Add cabbage, carrot, pineapple and raisins. Toss to mix. Serve.
