Sweet, crisp apple slices meet creamy goat cheese and a drizzle of honey in these easy, bite-sized snacks. A little fancy, a little fun—and just the right mix of flavors to keep everyone reaching for one more.

Instructions

  1. Place apples on a clean flat surface and carefully trim off the top and bottom of each apple. Cut each apple widthwise into about 6 slices (¼-inch thick minimum).
  2. Place the slices on a flat serving tray and use a mini open cookie cutter to cut out the center of each slices, removing the seeds etc.
  3. Using clean fingers, mold a slightly heaping teaspoon of the goat cheese into the center of each apple ring. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top if desired, then drizzle with honey!

Recipe Notes:

You can use all sorts of fun mini cookie cutter shapes for this like hearts, flowers or stars!
