Mash avocado chunks with lime juice in large bowl. 

Add cilantro, corn, bell pepper, onion, cheese, hot sauce, and salt. 

Combine well. 

Taste, and adjust seasonings with more salt* and hot sauce if desired. 

Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
