Jicama Slaw with Curry-Lime Dressing

In a medium bowl, stir together the jicama, cabbage and green onions.
In a small dish, whisk together the lime zest, lime juice, honey, curry powder, and salt. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat.
Refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend.
