Corn, Cherry Tomato & Avocado Salad


Servings: 6


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together oil, lemon juice, mustard, red pepper, salt and black pepper.
  2. Stir in tomatoes, onion, chives and corn.
  3. Fold in avocado and basil.
  4. Serve immediately for freshest flavor and appearance.
