Carrot Dip

Try serving this delicious dip with toasted whole-grain pita or crackers.

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and grate carrots.
  2. Add garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and salt to yogurt.
    Stir.
  3. Add carrots to yogurt mixture.
    Mix well.
  4. Serve with celery, tomatoes and other vegetables, if desired.
