Caribbean Tuna Salad

Instructions

In a medium bowl mix mayonnaise and chipotle pepper well.  Add tuna, jicama and diced mango and mix wel.

 

Cut avocados in half and remove seed.  Hollow out slightly if needed cilantro.

 

Place on lettuce lined plate with mango slices as a garnish.

 

Tip:  If you are watching your salt intake you can substitute StarKist’s NEW 5 oz. Low Sodium Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water for the regular White Albacore Tuna in Water
