Autumn Fruit Compote

Try topping low-fat frozen vanilla yogurt with this delicious fall treat.

Instructions

  1. Drain juice from pineapple chunks into small saucepan. Stir in orange juice and cornstarch. Blend until smooth.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Let mixture cool and stir in fruit.
    Serve.
