Try topping low-fat frozen vanilla yogurt with this delicious fall treat.
Instructions
- Drain juice from pineapple chunks into small saucepan. Set pineapple chunks aside. Stir in orange juice and cornstarch. Whisk together, until smooth.
- Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Let mixture cool and stir in pineapple chunks, banana, pear and peaches.
- Serve alongside a lean protein, on top of yogurt or oatmeal or as part of a charcuterie board spread.
