Mixed Fruit Compote

Try topping low-fat frozen vanilla yogurt with this delicious fall treat.

Instructions

  1. Drain juice from pineapple chunks into small saucepan. Set pineapple chunks aside. Stir in orange juice and cornstarch. Whisk together, until smooth.
  2. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Let mixture cool and stir in pineapple chunks, banana, pear and peaches.
  3. Serve alongside a lean protein, on top of yogurt or oatmeal or as part of a charcuterie board spread.
