Choose mushrooms that smell fresh and earthy. Avoid mushrooms with soft spots, bruising or slime.

Nutrient Content Claims  
Fat free, saturated fat free, cholesterol free, low in sodium, an excellent source of vitamin D, copper and iron and a good source of manganese and phosphorous. 

STORE

Wipe mushrooms gently with a damp cloth or soft brush to remove dirt. Store unwashed in a paper bag or wax paper in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
