Stuffed Guava Shells

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
  • 1 cup cottage cheese, low-fat
  • 3 cups guava
  • 2 Tbsp skim milk
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp 100% orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Remove outer shells of guavas, keeping them intact. Beat cottage cheese, guavas (after they are removed from shells), milk, sugar, orange juice, and lemon juice in a large bowl. Beat well. Place cottage cheese mixture into remaining guava shells. Serve.
