Sautéed Turnips w/Spinach and Raisins
This flavorful turnip and spinach recipe is a great source for vitamins A and C! |
Preparation Time: 15 minutes | ||

In a pan, heat the oil and garlic. Add the turnips and raisins and cook for about one minute. Add the lemon juice and cover. Cook for 3 more minutes. Stir in spinach and cook until just wilted. Sprinkle with nutmeg to taste. Serve. | ||
