Skillet Zucchini Creole

  1. Wash and slice vegetables.
  2. Heat water in frying pan over medium heat. Add zucchini, onion, tomatoes, green pepper, and spices. Stir.
  3. Cook covered for about ten minutes until tender. Serve.
