Erika Wong, MS RD studied nutrition at Tufts University. From there, she moved back home to CA and discovered her passion for teaching cooking classes at the Four Seasons Hotel, where she has been for 12 years. She loves helping people incorporate more plants into their diet, and firmly believes in the power of adding fruits and vegetables (rather than focusing on what to take away). Erika has a wonderful husband and three young kids who also love to be in the kitchen with her!
