What fruits, veggies are good for preventing kidney stones and infections?


The cause of kidney stones is unknown, but research suggests that diets high in fruits, vegetables and fiber may be beneficial for preventing stones and improving overall kidney health. Any kind of fruit or vegetable will be beneficial to the body. Try to eat a variety at every meal and snack to reap the benefits.
