Spicy Black Beans

Servings: 4
Garnish with fresh peppers for added color. To spice things up, include the pepper seeds.


Saute onion, garlic and oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat until the onion is translucent. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 – 15 minutes or until liquid has thickened. Serve.
