Avocado White Bean Dip


Prep Time: 10 minsServings: 6


  1. Place the avocado, beans, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil in the bowl of a food processor (or blender).
  2. Pulse until the mixture is smooth. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. Transfer the bean puree to a small bowl.
  4. Garnish with parsley, oregano and a drizzle of olive oil.
  5. Pair with a warm baguette, veggies or pita bread.
