Is Vitamin K2 in fruits and veggies?

Answer

No. Vitamin K2 is produced by bacteria in the intestinal tract and found in fermented foods and in animal products. Vitamin K1 is found in plants and is the predominant form in the diet. Eating fruits and veggies will preclude the ingestion of vitamin K2.  Make sure you meet your daily recommendation of fruits and veggies and remember all forms matter, fresh, frozen, canned, dried, and 100% juice.
