What is the daily recommendation for fruits and vegetables?

Answer

 According to the USDA, fill half your plate with fruits and veggies at every meal to meet the daily recommendation.  About 4 to 6 cups a day are recommended with some differences between men and women.  For individualized meal planning, I recommend you consult with a doctor and/or a registered dietitian nutritionist.
