Answer

Soursops are large, heart-shaped fruits found in tropical America locations. They are low in fat, saturated fat free and cholesterol free, and an excellent source of fiber and Vitamin C as well as a good source of vitamins B1 and B3, potassium, magnesium, and copper.  Store unripe soursops at room temperature.  A soft soursop indicates ripeness and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. For longer storage, see this Soursop freezing guidance.
