Chayote squash is a good addition to any diet. One cup of diced chayote contains about two grams of fiber and lots of water to aid daily fluid intake and help digestion. Chayote is also a good source of vitamin C which helps heal wounds and keep teeth and gums healthy. It’s also a fat-free food.
