Meghan Sedivy

Meghan Sedivy RD, LDN is a Media Spokesperson and Corporate Registered Dietitian for Fresh Thyme Farmers Market. In this role, she supports nutrition and wellness programming , customizes educational experiences both on and off the camera and partners with key vendors and brands within the industry to help customers meet their health and wellness goals. As a motivating enthusiastic and passionate dietitian she has delivered over 60 media placements over the past 2 years including Fox 6 Real Milwaukee, Fox 2 St. Louis, Fox 8 Cleveland, Women’s Health Online, and NBC News Online. Earning a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, at Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois and completing her Dietetic Internship at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York she has over 10 years’ experience in the health and wellness field. Meghan has always been passionate about health and wellness, she believes that all foods fit and with proper nutrition communication messaging, she can help others create simple eating solutions to help them on their health and wellness journey. As a true foodie at heart, she enjoys cooking for her family and friends, traveling with her husband and 16 month old daughter and being active within the Baby Led Weaning community.
