Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges
This is a delicious side dish for ham, pork or even chicken. The sweet potatoes, coated with spices, are a little sweet and a little spicy. |
Preparation Time: 25 minutes | ||

Preheat oven to 425° F. Cut sweet potatoes in half lengthwise and then each half into 6 wedges. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Toss gently to coat. Place wedges on a baking sheet so they do not overlap. Bake until very tender. Serve. | ||
