Quick and Easy Mexican Salad

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
  • 2 cucumbers, sliced and cubed
  • 2 organges, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 1 lemon or lime (juiced)
  • ½ teaspoon chili pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
Wash the cucumbers, oranges, and lemon or lime under cold water. Slice cucumbers. Peel and cut oranges into small pieces. Place cucumber and oranges in a medium size bowel. Add chili pepper, lemon or lime juice and salt. Serve.
