Preparation Time: 25 minutes
  • 10 firm, ripe guavas
  • 10 slightly green gauvas
  • 2 quarts water
Wash, remove blossom and stem ends. Slice guavas. Add water and guavas to a large pot. Bring to a boil and cook for about 20 minutes. Strain half of the pulp from the guavas with cheesecloth and serve.
