Frozen Banana Sorbet
Serves 2

Ingredients
2 medium – Banana, raw
1 tbsp – Brown Rice Syrup
1 fruit – Lime, fresh
1/8 tsp – Vanilla Extract

Directions
Do this step in advance: Peel bananas. Slice. Freeze over-night in plastic bag.

1. Combine frozen bananas, syrup, vanilla into blender
2. Squeeze lime juice from 1/2 of lime into mixture
3. Start blending on low. As mixture begins to break up increase speed slowly to high speed
4. Blend until smooth

Serve with crushed nuts, fresh mint, berries, grated chocolate, or a combination of your favorites.
