Have a Plant: Fruits & Veggies for Better Health
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
  • 3 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp Canola oil
  • 3 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Honey mustard
  • 6 cups Green onion, thinly sliced using only white and green parts
  • 1 can (16 oz) Garbanzo beans, reduced sodium
  • 1 can (16 oz) Red kidney beans, reduced sodium
  • 1 can (15.5 oz) Canellini beans, reduced sodium
  • 2 cups Cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1 ½ cups Green grapes, halved
  • Kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste
Drain and rinse all 3 beans. In a large bowl, which together the red wine vinegar, canola oil, honey, and honey mustard until well combined. Gently stir in the green onion, beans cucumber, and grapes until well coated with the dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Store in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
