Apple-Hazelnut Salad in a Cup

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
  • 2 Tbsp non-fat, bottled raspberry vinaigrette
  • 1 apple, diced
  • ¼ cup dried fruit of your choice
  • 2 Tbsp hazelnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup mixed greens, rinsed and dried
Layer ingredients in order in a large cup. Cover cup with a lid or plastic wrap. Shake cup and enjoy!
