10-Minute Cranberry Sauce

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
  • 2 cups Splenda
  • 2 cups (16 oz) water
  • 1 lb (4 cups) cranberries
  • 1 oz unflavored gelatin
Combine Splenda and water. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Add cranberries. Cook until skins pop, about 5 more minutes. Remove from heat. Add gelatin and cool in refrigerator until ready to serve.
 
Serves: 8
