Wild Blueberry Yogurt Bagels

Finding time in the morning to make a great breakfast can be tough, but we've got you covered with this easy recipe. They take less than 30 minutes to prep and you'll have delicious homemade bagels to last you the week!


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat with cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix flour, yogurt and salt together until dough forms. With lightly floured hands, knead dough in bowl until smooth, about 3 minutes. Gently mix Wild Blueberries into dough until combined.
  2. Divide dough evenly into 6 balls. Roll each ball into 5-inch-long logs, connecting the ends
    to form 3-inch bagels. Place bagels on prepared baking sheet. Brush with egg.
  3. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden-brown. Allow to cool at room temperature.
  4. Cut bagels in half and toast. Serve with cream cheese.
