Simply Roasted Cabbage


This simple vegetable can be transformed into a delightful vegetable side to enjoy at your holiday meal, but it is simple enough for a weeknight dinner.


  1. Preheat the oven to 375F.
  2. Cut cabbage into several wedges. Lay on a large baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkled on desired seasonings.
  3. Bake for 35 minutes or until tender and outer leaves slightly crispy.
