Try roasting your vegetables to bring out a natural sweetness and flavor. Roasting at high temperatures takes the taste of vegetables to another level.


  1. Preheat oven to 400o Spray a rimmed sheet pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk garlic, oil, rosemary and salt; add carrots, potatoes, parsnip and onion; toss to combine.
  3. Spread vegetables on prepared pan, roast 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
