Lentil, Walnut & Red Pepper Spread

  1. In a food processor with a metal blade, pulse the walnuts
  2. Add lentils and garlic and olive oil, add in remainder of ingredients
  3. Pulse until blended
  4. Serve with grape tomatoes, mini cucumbers and peppers
