Hummus Pasta Salad

Upgrade your typical pasta with this delicious 15 minute recipe with a creamy lemon hummus sauce. It makes for great leftovers too!


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. While pasta is cooking, chop your vegetables.
  3. In a bowl, combine the hummus, lemon juice and water to make hummus sauce. If it is too thick, add water 1 tbsp at a time.
  4. When pasta is done cooking, drain and let cool. Add cooled pasta to large bowl with hummus sauce. Stir until pasta is coated with sauce.
  5. Add in chopped vegetables, tuna, feta cheese, and salt and pepper and gently mix.
  6. Serve warm or cold.
