Glazed Carrots

Golden carrots taste even better when coated with this butter and orange juice glaze!

Instructions

  1. Slice carrots to create ‘coin-like’ pieces.
  2. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet. Add carrots and saute for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients to skillet.
  4. Cook until carrots are tender and liquid is absorbed, about 15 minutes.
  5. Slightly cool and serve.
