Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400◦
  2. Rinse okra and toss with olive oil in a large bowl
  3. Season okra with sea salt and pepper to taste
  4. Spread okra onto baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring once, until edges are browned
  5. Remove from oven and serve warm
