Chocolate Pomegranate Aril Clusters

  1. Melt chocolate chips over a double boiler.
  2. Prep a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon tablespoon sized portions of pomegranate arils on the baking sheet.
  3. Using a spoon, drizzle a tablespoon of melted chocolate over the pomegranate arils. Lightly press down to ensure the chocolate gets in between the pomegranate arils creating a cluster.
  4. Place in the refrigerator to set for at least 15 minutes.

Don’t have pomegranate arils? Use berries or dried fruit instead!
