  1. Combine the ingredients in a mason jar. Add the mashed banana, almond milk, and almond extract to the jar. Stir. Add the oats and flax seeds, stir. Add the peanut butter and gently blend.
  2. ¾ cup sweetened almond milk,½ medium banana, mashed,¼ teaspoon almond extract,½ cup certified gluten-free oats,1 teaspoon ground flax seed,1 tablespoon peanut butter
  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours to overnight. Cover and refrigerate. Top with sliced bananas and slivered almonds if desired.
