Made with just a handful of ingredients, this refreshing slushie is perfect for savoring on hot summer days.

Instructions

  1. Cube melon into 1” pieces and freeze (at least 4-6 hours).
  2. Puree frozen melon with honey, lime juice, and salt until very smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and enjoy!

Mix it up! Instead of honey and lime juice, try:

  • honeydew + mint simple syrup + lime juice
  • watermelon + honey + orange juice
  • cantaloupe + ginger simple syrup + lime
